Real Estate Photography Pricing in Los Angeles
Priced by square footage, with everything MLS ready and full-resolution files included. Custom and recurring-agent rates on request.
Every package is a flat rate tied to the square footage of the property, not an hourly rate and not a per-photo count. That is the short answer to how real estate photography is priced here: pick the band your property falls into, and the number you see is the number you pay. Essential covers homes and condos up to 2,000 square feet. Premium covers larger homes up to 3,500 square feet and adds drone aerials. Luxury is built for estate and custom homes that need a fuller edit pass and a cinematic video tour. All three include MLS-ready files plus full-resolution files for print, and all three deliver the next business day.

What affects the price beyond square footage
Square footage sets the base rate because it sets the shoot time. Beyond that, these add-ons are priced separately so a listing only pays for what it actually needs:
How real estate photography pricing works.
How is real estate photography priced?
Every package is a flat rate tied to the square footage of the property, not an hourly rate or a per-photo count. Essential covers up to 2,000 sq ft, Premium covers up to 3,500 sq ft, and Luxury is built for estate and custom homes. You know the number before you book, and it does not change after the shoot.
What affects the price?
Square footage is the main driver, since it sets the shoot time and the number of rooms and angles to cover. Add-ons like drone aerials, a cinematic video tour, virtual staging, a twilight feature, or rush turnaround are priced separately so you only pay for what the listing needs.
Do you charge by square footage?
Yes. The three tiers are built around square footage bands so a condo and an estate are not priced the same way. If a property falls between bands or has an unusual layout, we quote it directly rather than force it into a tier that does not fit.
What about video?
Video is available on every listing. Because scope varies so much by property size, coverage, and turnaround, video is quoted per listing rather than sold at a fixed rate. Contact us with the address and what you need and we will send a straight quote.
