How much does real estate photography cost in Los Angeles?
Packages are flat rates by square footage. Essential is $350 for properties up to 2,000 square feet, Premium is $500 for up to 3,500 square feet, and Luxury is $850 for estate and custom homes. You know the number before the shoot, and it does not change after.
Do you shoot listing video?
Yes. Video is quoted per listing rather than sold at a fixed rate, because scope varies with property size, coverage, and turnaround. Send the address and what you need and we will send a straight quote.
What is a single-property website?
A dedicated one-page website for a single listing, with its own web address, the property photography, the details, and a way to reach you. It is a $99 add-on to any shoot, plus the cost of the domain.

Residential homes and condos, and commercial spaces including retail, office, hospitality, and multi-family, plus drone aerials of the lot, the views, and the neighborhood.
Are your drone aerials FAA compliant?
Yes. Every aerial is flown FAA compliant.
